An excellent B&B. Gianni, the owner, is kind, welcoming, and always available to help. The property is spotless and equipped with every comfort. It is perfectly located in the heart of town, just 20 meters from Piazza Domenico Modugno, yet the soundproof windows ensure a peaceful and restful night's sleep. We will definitely be back. 10/10

A Wonderful Stay in Polignano
Polignano is a beautiful destination, and Dimora Grottone is the perfect place to stay. The property is comfortable, spotless, and ideally located just a short walk from both the sea and the town center. Gianni is highly professional, attentive, and extremely reliable. Fantastic Apartment, Outstanding Host!
The apartment is in an excellent location, situated on a quiet street while still being close to the beautiful center of Polignano a Mare. The host is incredibly kind, friendly, and always available to help. An ideal choice for a romantic getaway. We would love to come back!

We Return Every Year Like Family
We are four friends who have been visiting Polignano for years and always stay at Dimora Grottone, hosted by the Serio brothers. We spent five wonderful days here. The cleanliness and hospitality are truly outstanding. Every detail is carefully looked after, and the property offers every comfort you could need. Its location is strategic, being just a short distance from the sea. Each time we arrive, it feels like coming home. Gianni and his brother Giuseppe always take such wonderful care of us and make us feel like part of the family. They are genuinely exceptional people. Our Savior
After being left without accommodation in the evening due to an unavailable and unprofessional provider, Gianni, the host of Dimora Grottone, immediately answered our call. Within just 10 minutes, we met at the property entrance to view the last available room. We stayed for the first night while deciding whether to extend our stay, and in the end, we chose it as our base for the next five days. Communication was excellent and fast, the apartment was spotless, fully equipped, and located in a quiet area close to both the sea and the historic center. What stood out the most, however, was the owner himself. Gianni puts his heart and soul into his work and genuinely cares about his guests. He responds quickly and willingly to every question and is always ready to help. By choosing this accommodation, you can expect kindness, trust, and exceptional hospitality.
